This Privacy Policy explains how YoGas collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app and website.
Information we collect
To give you a working account and prevent duplicate queues, we collect the information you provide during sign-up: your name, email address, and citizenship number. We also generate a unique collection code for you and store your district so you can find your nearest depot.
How we use your information
We use your information to: create and secure your account; place you in the correct queue at a depot; allot and record your cylinder collections; send you notifications about your queue status; and prevent abuse such as hoarding or duplicate requests.
Citizenship numbers
Your citizenship number is the key that locks your identity to your queue position. It is stored securely, used only to verify your uniqueness, and is never published or shared publicly.
Data retention
We keep your account and queue data for as long as your account is active. After you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 90 days, except where we must keep it to comply with legal obligations.
Your rights
You can update your own profile at any time, ask us to delete your account, and contact us about any data question. We respond to all rights requests within one month.
Third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We use a small number of trusted service providers (including our hosting and analytics provider) who are contractually bound to protect your data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Any changes that affect your rights will be notified to you through the app.
