These Terms of Service govern your use of YoGas. By signing up you agree to these terms.
Use of the service
YoGas is a virtual queue platform. You may use it only for its intended purpose: joining your local LPG depot's waitlist, tracking your position, and collecting your cylinder. Don't try to abuse, game, or automate the service.
Eligibility
You must be a real person with a valid Nepali citizenship number to create an account. One citizenship number means one household's place in the queue.
Fair use and anti-hoarding
You may only hold one active cylinder request per identity at a time. Duplicate entries, bot accounts, and attempts to bypass cooldowns are not allowed and may lead to account suspension.
Dealer responsibilities
Depots must allot cylinders strictly in queue order and verify citizenship numbers during handover. YoGas is not responsible for delays caused by the depot (for example, stock running out).
Accuracy of information
You're responsible for keeping your account and profile information accurate. YoGas is not liable for incorrect information you provide.
No warranty
YoGas is provided 'as is'. While we aim for fair distribution, we don't guarantee that a cylinder will be available or allotted at any particular time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoGas's liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the past twelve months.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms. We'll notify you through the app before any change that affects your rights becomes effective.
